My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was superb, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and major theme parks. However, the room cleanliness was lacking, and the air conditioning didn't work well, making it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the service was mostly good, and the hotel facilities were satisfactory.

The rooms were not as clean as expected, and the air conditioning was not working properly, leading to discomfort. Additionally, the phone signal was poor inside the room, forcing me to stay in the lobby for internet and calls.

Overall, the service was decent, but some staff members were unfriendly. I appreciate the front desk staff and their assistance. However, there were issues with temperature regulation and wristband policy at the pool.
